Create your own work!
You've got a show in you. Let's build it.
Create Your Own Cabaret is a hands-on program for performers who are done waiting for someone else to cast them in their own story.
I've spent over a decade — starting with Sex and Sangria: Love in Time of Recession in 2007 — building shows out of my own life: What About Love (2012), Put Down the D*ck and Pick Up the Mic (2013), and Put Down the Pot and Pick Up the Mic (2026). I know what it takes to go from "I have some songs I like" to a room full of people who came for you — because I've done it four times over.
Trained at AMDA, The Groundlings, Second City, and UCB. Actors' Equity member.
Who This Is For
You're a performer — singer, actor, comedian, storyteller, doesn't matter which — and you've got material. Maybe it's been sitting in a notes app for two years. Maybe you've done open mics but never a full night that's yours. You don't need another acting class. You need someone who's actually built a show, more than once, to sit across from you and help you build yours.
